Thermal inkjets

TIJ represents a revolutionary technology in the field of industrial marking. These printers offer high print quality, efficiency and flexibility, making them an ideal choice for a wide range of applications.

The main advantages of thermal inkjets

  • High print quality - thermal ink printers are able to achieve high print resolution, usually up to 600 DPI, which ensures clean and sharp printing of text, logos, barcodes and graphics.
  • Flexibility - they can print on a variety of materials including paper, plastic, metal and glass. This enables their use in various industries, from the food industry to electronics.
  • Efficiency - thermal ink printers are designed for easy use with minimal maintenance. Cartridges are easily replaceable and the system does not require the use of thinners or other chemicals, which reduces operating costs and increases productivity.
  • Ecological approach - this technology is also more environmentally friendly because it does not create waste chemicals and minimizes ink consumption.

Other advantages of TIJ include, for example, quieter operation, because they are generally quieter than other types of printers, black and white and color printing and a relatively low purchase price.

Thermal inkjet technology

Thermal inkjet uses technology developed by HP, which was originally intended for office printers, but has also found its application in the industrial sector. These special cartridges are able to print on various materials, whether absorbent or non-absorbent, with high speed and a resolution of up to 600 DPI. The serviceability of this technology consists in the simple replacement of the cartridge in case of problems with printing, which can be done even by trained personnel. The only minor disadvantage is the need to place the cartridge no more than 5 mm from the printed surface, so that the print does not blur. Our company offers Anser thermal ink printers, which are known for their excellent price-performance ratio. In the portfolio you will find handheld printers U2 Mobile and U2 Mobile One, as well as simple printers U2 ProS and U2 Smart for smaller companies looking for an affordable solution for labeling their products. We then offer models A1 and X1 for integration into production lines.
