ARCA applicators
Arca is one of the leaders in the field of label applicators, both with and without overprinting.

Within label applicators, Arca's portfolio begins with the Easy model, which is used for applications up to 20 m/min. This machine can then be upgraded to the Dynamic model, which handles applications up to 40 m/min. A higher version of the applicator is the Sharp model, which prints at the same maximum speed, but offers more sophisticated communication options with the superior system, for example via the TCP/IP protocol. The center of the entire portfolio of applicators is the Evolution and Performance models, which are capable of applying labels at speeds of up to 80 m/min. The absolute ceiling is then made up of the Flash and Wind models, which can handle labeling at speeds above 120 m/min, while for these applications we often use the option of the so-called nonstop labeling. In principle, this is the supply of two identical applicators in a row on one line. The applicators communicate with each other via a data interface, and in the event of a problem with one of them, for example the supply of labels on a roll runs out, the second applicator is automatically started and the operator has time to change the labels on the first applicator.
