LaserGear™ XL is a station from an American laser manufacturer with a long tradition – Tykma Electrox. It is suitable for operations requiring laser marking of standard and oversized parts. It is a station intended for a table or other base.
Compared to the smaller variant BOQX, Minilase XL offers a larger workspace for maximum flexibility and variability of marking. The station is equipped with ergonomic features such as a front control panel for the operator, a manual vertical door and a focal length height adjustment using buttons.
As standard, the station is supplied with an optical laser sight for easy determination of the correct focal length. The station is newly equipped as standard with a powerful pulsed fiber laser with a power of 20W and a variable pulse length of 2 – 350ns. Thanks to this, marking of all metallic, non-metallic and plastic materials is not a problem for the station. The laser enables both surface marking of parts, as well as engraving and surface cleaning of parts.
There are two dimensions of the description field to choose from, namely 100 x 100 mm and 165 x 165 mm.
