Key features of the CAB Roxi dispenser

Absence of a print head, compact design and favorable purchase price.

Fully customizable model – the ability to choose a left- or right-handed version and between a maximum label width of 4″ (116 mm) or 6″ (176 mm). The applicator itself can also be configured according to the specific needs of the operation.

Roxi models are designed exclusively for dynamic application of labels, i.e. during product movement. For this reason, they cannot be combined with the popular 4014 and 4114 applicators.

Ideal solution for the food, pharmaceutical and other FMCG industries

Especially used in food, pharmaceutical and other fast-moving operations, where pre-printed labels are often used. Thanks to the possibility of integrating an optical or mechanical CEON sensor, it is also possible to apply transparent labels.

Applicable label sizes from 10 x 10 mm to 176 x 6000 mm. Maximum labelling speed 30 m/min.

Flexible configuration using demand modules

Roxi is designed for use with so-called “demand” modules – peel-off edges that differ in length, width and function. Three width variants of these modules are available: 62 mm, 124 mm and 186 mm, which correspond to different types and sizes of labels.

Ready for integration into modern production lines

Thanks to the possibility of connecting an encoder, Roxi is able to label even when the speed of the production line changes. Another benefit is the support of industrial communication protocols – for example, connection to Siemens control systems via Profinet or communication via an OPC UA server.

The standard equipment is an integrated web server, which allows remote control of the device from any device on the same network – whether it is a computer or smartphone. There are also other communication interfaces such as Ethernet or Modbus.
