Compared to standard machines, the drive of the needle is ensured by servomotors, instead of standard stepper motors. The 120×40 dot peen version is among the compact and fast units, the engraving is handled by a special needle R50, which is pressed against the marked object with a pressure of 6 Bar. Compared to a standard micro-punch machine, engraving marking is quiet and does not produce any vibrations or resonances. The product must be fixed very firmly when marking, because the forces in the X and Y axis when marking with these devices reach up to 800N. Thanks to its compact, small dimensions, this system is used especially where it is necessary to deal with extreme demands on spatial construction and marking depth.
