The pneumatic or electromagnetic version of the marking needle enables the marking of a wide range of signs, shapes, 2D codes, etc. with the help of high frequency precisely positioned microdots. The messages are stored in the device’s memory and carry information about the required marking parameters (speed, depth, number of strokes, etc.). . Permanent marking is possible on almost all types of materials (metal, plastic, wood, concrete, etc.).
The highly resistant marking is visible even after subsequent surface treatment, for example by color spraying, galvanizing or sandblasting. With the help of this system, it is possible to mark extremely hard, irregular, flat and partially curved products, which, thanks to the possibility of precise adjustment, are not deformed or excessively stressed. Thanks to its compact dimensions, this system finds application where it is necessary to deal with narrow requirements for spatial development while maintaining a relatively large description field.
