EOX from Datalogic is a CO2 laser designed for marking in industrial applications. It offers high-quality permanent marking on a wide range of organic materials (e.g. wood) including cardboard, ceramics, plastics and painted or anodized metals in the food, pharmaceutical or electrical industries.
The marking laser EOX 10 W offers an ALL-IN-ONE solution with very compact dimensions. It enables axis control and photocell connection for dynamic marking mode typical in industrial applications. Extended setting options in dynamic marking mode ensure overall synchronization between the marking head and the described object.
The machine already contains an integrated PC, you only need to connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse. An additional PC is not necessary for creating reports. The device can also be controlled remotely using a corporate network or USB. The speed of the production line with linear speed can be up to 75 m/min and the laser marks up to 12,000 pcs/hour (approx. 8/10 pcs/sec).
