We are all familiar with online education. But such a package of education as we have decided to make available is exceptional for us.
We decided to use the offer of the online educational portal. We choose the courses we want to take together or individually.

… in short, there is a lot. We can determine the “mandatory” courses that someone has to take, but we also leave freedom for the employee:
Choose a course that you enjoy (and which may have nothing to do with what you do here) and check it out. Watch it at your desk or listen to it in the car (no, we do not encourage colleagues to look at the screen, many courses are also available in audio version). Watch it at a time that suits you (ok, not at the meeting…).
Are we afraid that our people will study things unimportant for the company? Not at all. They study, develop, improve, have fun, or the course will help them solve non-work problems – and that’s what we want. Those topics that seem important to us, either from the point of view of expertise or current events in the company, we can look at together or present to each other.
Of course, we like to invest in people, but – honestly – when we decided to use the year-round course access package, not as much money as we thought. 😊 This way we can provide more courses to more people. It is also good that the company can see who is learning and what is being learned. We can recommend courses to each other, evaluate each other, and we can focus more on meeting together during the course when we see that individual study is binding. Working with the portal is very “poka-yoke” aka foolproof, so the complexity of the study will not disappoint anyone.
