In every industry, development is moving forward, new machines and technologies are coming. This year, among other things, we focused on marking machines for the fast-moving industry. In order to provide our customers with professional service and support, we train directly with suppliers. We then transfer this information directly to the machine and internally, so that our technicians have the broadest possible knowledge base, on all types of machines.
In the theoretical part, colleagues will learn how the machine works, what types of markings it can produce and what materials can be used, in what environment it can work. Of course, we will also discuss security procedures. In the practical part, we will show how the machine is actually used – data acquisition, marking performance itself, solving problems that may arise in operation. The method of regular maintenance is important – inspection and cleaning, replacement of consumables, diagnosis of software and hardware problems, repair in case of malfunctions.
Good training is the basis for effective work, quality results and a safe working environment. In addition, it is also an opportunity for us to meet – our technicians work all over Slovakia, so they only meet occasionally. When we photographed them, they tried to look very serious, so we had to take about 15 photos before they started looking “normal” again. And voilà! This is how pleasant our service team is, which will advise you on maintenance or training for your people.
