A low-cost solution for extremely permanent marking

It is a pneumatically or electrically driven device that, using precisely positioned microdots, enables the printing of a wide range of characters, shapes, 2D codes and images. Micro impact marking can be used on almost all types of materials (metal, plastic, wood, etc.). Highly durable and highly visible markings can be applied even before the surface treatment or coloring of the material. With the help of this system, it is possible to mark extremely hard, uneven and irregular, flat and curved products, which, thanks to the possibility of precise adjustment, are not deformed or excessively stressed. Due to its minimal weight and size, this technology is particularly suitable for integration in small areas of production lines. In its portable version, it will facilitate the marking of products that are problematic from the point of view of transport due to their larger size and weight. A great benefit for the customer can be the possibility to choose a micro punch from four versions – integrated into the production line, manual, as a separate stand-alone workplace, or combined. A large print area of ​​up to 250 mm x 170 mm enables complex and high-quality marking. In addition to alphanumeric characters, the device also enables the printing of 2D Datamatrix codes, logos, graphic characters and images. A wide range of accessories ensures easy connection and increased marking efficiency (rotary clamping, pneumatic approach of marking heads, micrometric clamping of the label feeder, etc.). MC 2000 Superfast is the last generation of micro-strokes. It is characterized by high marking quality and, thanks to the globally patented technology of the y-axis swing, it is considered the fastest on the market.
