A different view of diversity

When cats are not at home, mice (in this case rather cats) have paradise. When a large group of our colleagues “drops out” to assemble the equipment at the customer, the assembly hall seems abandoned to us, and we are tempted to use it somehow. Health professionals also say that sometimes you need to stretch your bones from working with a computer. Be that as it may, here you can see how it can turn out then.

What do we mean by that? We are capable of everything. We complement each other. Although women do not help men carry heavy components, we try to be multi-professional. When a task comes up that no one is formally assigned, we naturally jump on it to make things work. Everyone knows what to do, but there are also tasks outside the scope of normal duties. The number of repairs we do or invoices we issue is probably less than in a company with a thousand people. But the scope of one person’s activities is wider than in a company where there are a hundred people in one department and their work is more specialized. It is a natural part of the life of a smaller company. It’s a variety that we welcome and love. It’s a moment when everyone is interested in the technical aspects of our business, equipment, machinery, service, material, because knowing things improves the way we do our work.
