Work life balance

We want to belong and we belong to companies that are not limited to legal requirements when it comes to employee benefits. The state determines the obligation to provide a contribution for recreation in Slovakia up to 55% of the costs, max. €275 per year, for companies with min. 50 employees.

We don’t have that many people yet, but nevertheless we decided to provide such a contribution for recreation to our people.

A good vacation has several beneficial effects for the employee:

Rest and Regeneration: Vacation allows employees to take a break from the normal work pace and stress. Rest is essential to restore energy, reduce fatigue and restore a healthy mental state.
Reduce stress and release tension: Changing your environment and routine can help relieve stress and tension. Physical separation from the work environment allows employees to take a break from daily duties and relax.
Boosting creativity: Relaxation outside the work environment can stimulate creativity. New places and experiences can stimulate new ideas and perspectives, which can have a positive impact on work performance upon return.
Improving family relationships: Vacations often provide an opportunity to spend time with loved ones. This can help strengthen family bonds and relationships, which in turn promotes overall well-being.
Physical regeneration: Rest and free time allow employees to focus on their physical health. Activity, sports and movement on holiday can contribute to improving fitness and well-being.
Improvement of sleep: Vacation allows you to normalize your sleep pattern. Quality sleep is essential for restoring and regenerating the body and mind.
Improving mood and mental health: Enjoyable rest and vacation experiences can lead to improved mood and mental health. Employees can return to work with a positive attitude and greater ability to manage stress.
Perspective on life: Time off from the work environment can help employees gain a deeper perspective on life and values. This can lead to a greater perception of work-life balance.
Improved productivity: Vacation can boost productivity by allowing employees to regenerate and return to work with renewed vigor. Exhaustion can lead to a drop in productivity, so rest is a key factor in maintaining performance.

Vacation is a time to gain strength, stimulate creativity and improve overall well-being, which in turn is reflected in better work performance and satisfaction. We may be calculating, but this is exactly what we want to achieve 😊.

We wish you a beautiful summer!
