The new Zanasi printer series with the model designation 402 is an extremely powerful DOD printer for printing applications where printing of a maximum of two lines of size from 5 mm to 60 mm with a speed of up to 180 m/min is required.
This printer can also be ordered in three configurations: one printhead with 7 dots, two printheads with 7 dots, one printhead with 16 vertical dots (higher resolution printing). The user can smoothly adjust the line height by turning the print head. In addition, the entire system is designed for printing both porous materials (water-based inks) and non-porous materials (MEK and ethanol-based inks), while this option must be selected when ordering the printer. The ink is pumped into the printer either by an internal pump, or it is possible to choose an air pressure distribution at the end customer.
