The new Zanasi printer series with the model designation Z101 is a powerful DOD printer for printing applications where maximum one-line printing is required from 7 mm to 20 mm at 60 m/min. The user can smoothly adjust the line height by turning the print head.
In addition, the entire system is designed for printing both porous materials (water-based inks) and non-porous materials (MEK and ethanol-based inks), while this option must be selected when ordering the printer. The ink is pumped into the printer either by an internal pump, or it is possible to choose an air pressure distribution at the end customer.
The printer is primarily controlled via a touch 5.7″ LCD display. On this display, it is possible to create and edit parameters for individual messages, as well as to edit parameters of the printer and printing as such. In total, up to 100 messages with a maximum length of 80 characters can be stored in the memory.
The developers from the Zanasi company set themselves the goal of creating a simple and intuitive system that would be easy for operators on production lines to control.
